We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Functional Analyst to strengthen our QA team in Madrid, driving the testing strategy and ensuring the stability of complex applications in digital environments.

• Analysis and Definition: You will analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications, terms and conditions, and User Stories, contributing to documenting the business rules of the applications.
• Strategy and Coverage: You will design the testing strategy and coverage matrices for complex multi-application projects, drafting detailed test plans and test cases.
• Data Management and Execution: You will create test data integrated with partners and business areas, executing test cases to ensure the highest quality.
• Incident Management and Reporting: You will report, document, and track incidents in JIRA, recording results and preparing acceptance/qualification reports (PV de qualification).
• Technical Verification: You will perform testing through calls to APIs/technical interfaces and keep test and regression repositories up to date.
• Support and Continuous Improvement: You will propose and implement improvement actions, providing Level 1 support and reproducing production incidents.

• Experience: Between 7 and 10 years of consolidated experience as a test and qualification analyst in digital environments.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, high/very high English (mandatory), and high/very high French.
• Working models: Availability for on-site work in Madrid (at least 2 days per week at the office, with a maximum of 10 remote work days per month, and 100% on-site during the first month of onboarding).
• Travel availability: Ability to make occasional trips for onboarding to Paris.
• Technical knowledge: Technical-functional profile with a solid understanding of APIs and use of Postman.
• Methodology: Previous experience in Agile environments and e-commerce purchasing flows (B2C).

• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Specific knowledge in the transportation sector.
• ISTQB Advanced certification.
• Education in engineering or computer science.
