Requirements

What we're looking for

Start-up of industrial equipment, systems, or solutions.

The role

We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud projects, among others.

We are currently looking for a Software and Hardware Integration Engineer to join one of the teams deployed at one of our main clients in Valencia, on a permanent basis.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of software products and solutions, configuring equipment and systems, and executing project implementations and rollouts.

What you'll do

Participate in the design and technical definition of solutions.
Configure equipment, systems, and applications.
Carry out deployments and start-ups.
Execute and document FAT/SAT tests, unit tests, and regression tests.
Diagnose incidents related to software, networks, industrial communications, databases, or configuration.
Analyze logs and identify the root cause of problems.
Maintain technical communication with the client during the project.
Document configurations, tests, incidents, and modifications.
Prepare technical reports, manuals, and project documentation.
Train client staff in the use of the solution.
Coordinate internally with Project Managers, Business Analysts, development, and other technical areas.

How you'll work

Permanent contract
Full-time
Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8.5-hour days with entry between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and Friday, a 6-hour day.
Hybrid model, 1-2 days of remote work per week.
Availability to travel approximately 20-30% of the annual working time.
