About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Manufacturing area, to join the Digital Product team from our factory in Yecla.

Their mission will be to lead and coordinate strategic Production initiatives, acting as a link between business, operations, and technology.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects in the Production area (industrialization, process improvement, automation, plant digitalization) within our supply chain transformation program.

  • Collaborate closely with business teams (production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain) to identify needs, define and prioritize initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized, and executable initiatives, defining scope, dependencies, risks, and success criteria, and ensure their real adoption by the business.

  • Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of solutions together with Tech teams and other business teams.

  • Optimize production processes with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs and lead time, and improving quality.

  • Manage communication and expectations of key stakeholders, providing visibility on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Promote continuous improvement, a data-driven culture on the plant floor, and the adoption of good operational practices.

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or similar disciplines.

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex end-to-end projects, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • Experience in managing operational improvement, digitalization, or system implementation projects on the plant floor.

  • Ability to define metrics, operational KPIs, and business-oriented success criteria.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (operations, engineering, IT, external suppliers).

  • High autonomy, ownership, and decision-making ability in operational environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, growing, and constantly transforming environment.

  • Experience in industrial environments with systems such as MES, ERP, management systems, production planning and control, as well as experience in automation and process improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement, will be valued.
