Currently, we are driving one of the most important operational transformations in our history: the expansion and automation of our main logistics center.

This project will mark a turning point in our logistics capability, incorporating new automation technologies, new operating processes, and a model prepared to accompany the future growth of the company.

We are looking for a person to lead this transformation from a comprehensive perspective, combining experience in logistics operations, automation, project management, and continuous improvement to build a scalable, efficient operation that is a benchmark in the sector.

You will be a key piece within the organization and the main partner figure for the Platform Director and the Logistics Director in the evolution of our logistics center's operating model.

What you'll do

  • Lead the expansion and automation program of the logistics center, ensuring compliance with capacity, productivity, quality, service, and return on investment objectives.

  • Act as an internal benchmark in warehouse automation and intralogistics.

  • Lead automation, digitalization, and operational transformation projects.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners during the design, implementation, and commissioning phases.

  • Define and execute the Operational Excellence strategy of the logistics center.

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives with an impact on productivity, quality, safety, and costs.

  • Design data-driven monitoring and control systems to drive decision-making.

  • Guarantee robust, efficient, and scalable operations.

  • Develop and lead the Operational Excellence & Automation team.

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

  • Promote a culture oriented toward innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
