Degree or equivalent training in Logistics, Transport, or related areas.
3+ years of experience in national and international land transport operations.
Experience in port operations, European inbound management, and FTL/LTL flows.
Experience collaborating with 3PL operators and cross-docking platforms.
Experience in route planning, load consolidation, and operational fleet management.
Solid knowledge of European transport regulations, safety, and customs documentation.
Proficiency in TMS tools, logistics ERP, and tracking systems.
Professional English is essential; other European languages will be valued.
Availability to travel regularly between operational centers.

The role

We are currently looking for a Land Transport Planner to join our Logistics team at our Tordera warehouse. The selected person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring national and international land transport operations, ensuring the efficiency and punctuality of logistical flows and contributing to the optimization of routes, costs, and service levels.

What you'll do

Plan and monitor first mile and middle mile transport flows, contributing to efficiency, punctuality, and service quality.
Execute and monitor transport operations, including loading and unloading planning.
Operationally manage national and international land transport flows, both FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load).
Monitor inbound from European suppliers, contributing to the optimization of transit times, load consolidation, and traceability.
Collaborate with 3PL operators and cross-docking platforms to facilitate the correct execution of logistical operations.
Participate in the design and evolution of the logistics network, providing technical analysis for the integration of new flows between fulfillment centers, hubs, and consolidation points.
Analyze operational and financial indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and propose measures to reduce costs.
Verify compliance with applicable national and international transport regulations, including ADR, driving times, customs, and documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of transport processes through incident analysis and the proposal of solutions.
Use and contribute to the evolution of digital transport tools, such as TMS systems, telemetry, and route optimization solutions.
