The role

We are looking for an AI Integration Architect to join a team specialized in enabling and integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions within a large-scale enterprise ecosystem.

IMPORTANT: The position requires on-site presence twice a week at the client's office in Alcobendas, Madrid

You will join a team focused on building reusable AI capabilities, defining the architecture and standards that enable the integration of AI models, agents, and services with corporate platforms, using modern integration, event-driven, and microservices architectures. The technology environment relies on Google Cloud Platform as the foundation for cloud and AI solutions.

You will be responsible for defining and establishing the necessary architectural patterns to connect AI solutions with the corporate technology ecosystem, ensuring security, scalability, observability, and reusability.

You will participate in defining end-to-end architectures that cover the entire cycle:

API → microservice → Kafka → AI → data → observability → security → deployment

What you'll do

Define integration architectures oriented toward AI solutions.
Design and establish technical standards and reusable patterns for the team.
Lead the design of distributed systems based on microservices.
Design REST APIs and OpenAPI contracts.
Define event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Integrate GenAI solutions and LLM models within corporate platforms.
Design architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents.
Ensure key aspects of security, resilience, observability, and deployment quality.
Collaborate on the evolution of the cloud and integration platform on Google Cloud.

Requirements

Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience with integration architecture.
Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and OpenAPI contract design.
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
Experience working with PostgreSQL.
Real experience in projects related to GenAI and LLMs.
Design of architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and/or intelligent agents.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of security, observability, resilience, and CI/CD.
