The role

We are looking for a person with experience in intelligent platform architecture to join our organization in Spain. In this strategic role, they will be responsible for designing, structuring, and overseeing the development of intelligent platform solutions that drive innovation and business value. The ideal person will combine deep technical expertise with a forward-looking vision, leading the creation of scalable, efficient, and integrated intelligent platform ecosystems. They will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into solid technical architectures, while maintaining the highest standards of performance and security.

What you'll do

Design and structure comprehensive intelligent platform solutions that meet organizational objectives and technical requirements - Develop and communicate a clear technical strategy and a roadmap for the evolution and modernization of the platform - Lead and guide cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation - Define system architecture patterns, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
Analyze and optimize platform performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency - Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business leaders to align technical decisions with business objectives - Oversee the integration of multiple systems and services, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools that enhance platform capabilities and competitive advantage
Establish governance frameworks and quality assurance processes to maintain platform reliability and security - Oversee system health and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives
The Software Architect becomes the Intelligent Platform Architect, responsible for integrating:

Requirements

Required skills and experience: - More than 8 years of professional experience in software architecture and platform design - More than 5 years of experience leading technical teams and managing complex architectural initiatives - Demonstrated experience in the design of scalable and distributed systems, as well as microservices architectures

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies - Mastery of API design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture principles - Demonstrated experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
