Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in Software Architecture, Principal Engineering, or technical leadership positions within corporate environments.

• Solid experience in .NET /.NET Core and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Demonstrable experience in microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Experience in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or other equivalent tools).
• Experience in the design and implementation of REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and platform performance.
• Experience in high availability, scalability, and high-performance environments.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.

The role

What you'll do

• Cloud and .NET Solution Architecture:
Define, evolve, and govern the technological architecture of .NET-based corporate platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient solutions aligned with the business strategy.

• Application Modernization:
Lead technological transformation initiatives, driving the evolution of monolithic architectures toward microservices-based environments and distributed systems.

• Distributed Systems Design:
Design and implement high-availability cloud solutions, oriented toward events and prepared to support large volumes of traffic and processing.

• Technical Governance and Best Practices:
Establish architecture, development, and DevOps practice standards, promoting the quality, maintainability, and security of solutions.

• Automation, DevOps, and IaC:
Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.

• Solution Review and Validation:
Review technical designs and ensure their alignment with the technological strategy, identifying risks and proposing continuous improvements.

• Security and Enterprise Architecture:
Collaborate with security teams in the implementation of secure architectures and Zero Trust models.

• Technical Leadership and Mentoring:
Act as a technical reference for engineering teams, providing support, training, and guidance in critical decision-making.

• Business Collaboration:
Translate functional and strategic requirements into robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions over time.

• Continuous Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improvement in costs, performance, and operational efficiency, facilitating team autonomy through appropriate platforms and tools.
