At knowmad mood we are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a strategic project, providing direct support to a senior profile in analysis, reporting, data monitoring, and coordination with providers.

We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, attention to detail, and ease in working with information and metrics, with an interest in continuing to develop in the functional and project management field.

Collaborate in the analysis, monitoring, and exploitation of area data, supporting the preparation of reports, indicators, and documentation necessary for the operational control of the service and coordination with different providers and stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to acquire functional knowledge of the area's processes, tools, and metrics, progressively evolving in responsibilities and autonomy.

• Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of reports and dashboards.

• Work with data using Excel for its review, processing, analysis, and validation.

• Participate in the definition and monitoring of area metrics and indicators.

• Prepare information and reporting for internal meetings and monitoring committees with providers.

• Collaborate in the collection, organization, and analysis of information from different sources.

• Monitor tasks, incidents, and activity through Jira.

• Detect possible inconsistencies, deviations, or needs for improvement in the quality of data and reports.

• Support functional documentation and the preparation of information for decision-making.

• Progressively acquire knowledge about the tools, processes, and systems used by the team.

• Coordinate with different areas to guarantee the adequate availability and quality of information.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar positions.

• Experience working with data, reports, and business metrics.

• Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, cross-referencing information, data analysis).

• Basic knowledge or experience in reporting and generation of indicators.

• Experience or familiarity with management tools such as Jira.

• Ability to understand business processes and organize information in a structured manner.

• Experience working with providers or participating in technological projects is valued.
