What we're looking for

What do we value?

At least 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in:

• Previous experience in implementation and management projects for mobile applications.
• Experience in analysis, collection, and documentation of functional requirements.
• Knowledge of functional flows and basic technical concepts of iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Experience in functional configuration and application parameterization.
• Experience in functional testing, process validation, and incident management.
• Organizational capacity, task monitoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation.
• Communication skills and the ability to interact with different business areas and technical teams.

Nice to have

We would love it if you were also comfortable with English.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Implementation projects of mobile solutions in corporate environments.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Project and incident management and monitoring tools.
• Preparation of functional documentation, use cases, and test plans.
• Coordination of pilots, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functional deployments.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in technological environments.
• Basic knowledge of application integration and mobile ecosystems.
• Certifications or training related to functional analysis, project management, or agile methodologies.

The role

What you'll do

• Pilot management and monitoring: Prepare, update, and monitor the work plan, ensuring the correct execution of the various phases of the pilot project.

• Functional Analysis: Collect, analyze, and organize the functional needs of the different areas involved, ensuring their correct definition and documentation.

• Application Configuration and Parameterization: Configure and adapt the functionalities of the mobile solution based on the requirements defined for the pilot.

• Content Management: Perform the uploading, updating, and maintenance of content within the application.

• Execution of Functional Tests: Validate the various usage flows, execute functional tests, and document the results obtained.

• Incident Management and Monitoring: Identify, register, and monitor incidents until their resolution, coordinating with the teams involved.

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with functional and technical teams and business areas to facilitate the execution of the pilot activities.

• Operational Monitoring: Perform daily control of tasks, progress, risks, and pending items to ensure the fulfillment of the established objectives.

• Functional Documentation: Prepare and keep updated the functional documentation, as well as the record of tests and project results.

• Support during the pilot: Provide operational support during all phases of the pilot, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to its correct implementation.

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
