What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, leadership capacity, and business orientation, who combines experience in Cloud environments with a solid ability to generate commercial impact.

More than 10 years of experience in the technology sector.
Experience leading business lines, technology practices, or specialized Cloud units.
Solid knowledge of public and hybrid cloud ecosystems.
Experience working with platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Background in technology consulting, managed services, or IT solution integration.
Experience in business development, offering generation, and relationship management with strategic clients.
Ability to manage alliances with manufacturers and technology partners.
High level of English to collaborate in international environments.

Nice to have

Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
Experience in Cloud Native environments, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions on cloud platforms.
Certifications from manufacturers such as Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and transformation projects.

Lead the growth of a strategic Cloud practice and transform technology into business

We are looking for a Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Services to lead and develop our Cloud and Infrastructure solutions business line, driving new market opportunities, strengthening strategic alliances, and defining the value proposition that will accompany our clients in their digital transformation processes.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for defining and driving the strategy of the Cloud & Infrastructure unit, working transversally with sales, pre-sales, architecture, and operations teams to develop innovative, high-value solutions for our clients.

Define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for Cloud and Infrastructure services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable growth for the line.
Design and develop new offerings and services aligned with market trends.
Manage strategic relationships with technology partners and hyperscalers.
Act as a reference in digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams in the generation and closing of opportunities.
Analyze market evolution to identify new areas of innovation and growth.
Lead initiatives related to operational efficiency, cloud cost optimization, and FinOps models.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic projects.
