The role

What you'll do

Management and execution of operations in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Attention and follow-up of incidents and requests through ServiceNow and Jira.
Use of technical documentation and operating procedures in Confluence.
Creation and administration of users, projects, and permissions in Google Cloud Platform.
Management of access and permissions in corporate tools.
User administration in GitHub and other technological platforms.
Management and provisioning of VPN access.
Recording and documentation of changes made to the platforms.
Support for processes related to ITSM, DevOps, and collaborative tools environments.
