Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in Java 8+ development and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.).
Demonstrable experience in distributed architectures based on microservices.
Solid knowledge of messaging systems and asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.
Experience working with eventual consistency and decoupled architectures.
Knowledge of Data-Centric architectures and real-time data processing and streaming platforms.
Experience in the design and implementation of Cloud Native solutions in hybrid and scalable environments on Azure, AWS or GCP.
Ability to define integration architectures, components, and complex data flows.
Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Functional Analysis, etc.).
Experience in communicating with business and transforming functional needs into technical solutions.
Knowledge and practical experience in AI tools for development, especially:
- GitHub Copilot
- Experience with Claude Code is highly valued
- Use of development assistants, code generation, refactoring, and automation of engineering tasks.

Nice to have

Experience leading technological transformation initiatives.
Participation in adoption and evangelization processes of AI tools within development teams.
Experience in e-commerce platforms or large-scale digital ecosystems.
Knowledge of evolutionary architectures and high-criticality systems.

The role

Join our team as a 💻AI Solutions Architect / Lead Java Architect💻 and enjoy an innovative and collaborative working environment.

You will be responsible for designing and evolving high-impact technological solutions within the digital ecosystem, defining scalable architectures, guiding the adoption of development best practices, and driving the use of AI tools applied to the software lifecycle.

Additionally, you will act as a technical reference in the adoption and evolution of AI-based development assistants, collaborating closely with business, architecture, and development teams to accelerate value delivery.

What you'll do

Design and evolve distributed architectures based on microservices.
Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, integration architecture, components, and data models.
Actively participate in the evolution of the company's core technological framework and ecosystem.
Act as a technical interlocutor with business and key stakeholders.
Promote development, quality, and architecture best practices.
Drive the adoption of AI tools within development teams.
Train and support teams in the advanced use of GitHub Copilot and other AI-based assistants.
Participate in the evolution of internal copilots and accelerators once functional and technical knowledge of the ecosystem has been acquired.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a long-standing Agile environment, iterating on existing solutions and building strategic capabilities for the organization.
