The role
At INVER, we are looking for a PMO Manager whose mission will be to define, standardize, and deploy the methodology, tools, and project management control system for Inver's EPC projects, guaranteeing a consolidated and homogeneous view of the project portfolio performance (deadlines, costs, risks, and quality). You will work in collaboration with the Project Coordination, Engineering and Construction, Asset Management, Procurement, and QHSE areas to jointly define KPIs and macro-level reporting dynamics, leaving the detailed monitoring of their own scope to each function. What you'll do
- Design and deploy Inver's EPC project management methodology (processes, templates, standards), ensuring its homogeneous application among Project Coordinators.
- Define, together with Inver's areas (Coordination, Engineering and Construction, Asset Management, Procurement, QHSE), the macro-level project KPI system (physical progress, cost deviations, milestone compliance, risks, etc.).
- Establish reporting and monitoring dynamics (cadence, format, recipients) to consolidate an aggregated view of the EPC project portfolio performance.
- Consolidate and analyze progress information for all ongoing EPC projects, questioning performance and demanding information from the various areas when deviations, transversal risks, or lack of visibility are detected.
- Select, implement, and administer project planning and control tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, or others), ensuring their correct adoption by the teams.
- Define project monitoring governance: control committees, review points, escalation criteria, and deviation thresholds.
- Provide support and training to Project Coordinators and the various Inver areas in the application of project management methodologies and tools.
- Manage and coordinate the PMO support team, prioritizing their efforts according to the needs of the project portfolio.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in project management processes, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for the EPC project portfolio and present results to the Project Coordination Manager and Management.
