Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer / Software Engineer, participating in the development of large-scale web applications and high technical demand environments.

• Solid experience in the development of SPAs, SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
• Mastery of ReactJS with hook-based architecture and scalable application development.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES2022+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience working with Node.js and Express for API integration and consumption.
• Mindset oriented towards software quality and experience in automated testing with Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha and Chai.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and development of solutions supported by AI agents.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in a team, effective communication and a collaborative attitude.
• We especially seek people with initiative, technological curiosity, capacity for learning and a willingness to be guided by the team's technical references.

Nice to have

• Modern frontend architectures, including SSR, BFF, Server Components and micro-frontends.
• Modern tools and ecosystems such as Rsbuild, pnpm Workspaces, Turborepo and Biome.
• Feature flags and experimentation strategies, especially with tools like GrowthBook.
• Development and integration of solutions based on Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs and automation of development processes.
• Git best practices, branching workflows, code review and CI/CD.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery environments.
• Design of applications oriented towards scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Knowledge of information architecture and user experience.
• Curiosity about new trends in the frontend ecosystem and emerging technologies such as React 19 and Server Components.

The role

What you'll do

• Analyze functional requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Develop new functionalities using React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Perform unit testing and guarantee code quality.
• Manage branches, deployments and application monitoring.
• Maintain middleware components for communication between native applications and SPAs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend and Architecture teams.
• Participate in Generative AI, LLM and AI agent initiatives applied to development.
• Guarantee the delivery of scalable, maintainable and high-quality code.
