We are looking for a senior profile (5+ years) with solid experience in APIs + ETL Talent, capable of leading technical decisions and connecting business and technology in complex environments.
Experience with databases and data analysis.
Knowledge of ETL tools (especially Talend).
Knowledge of Mulesoft (not necessarily direct implementation, but a solid understanding of how it works).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, or others).
Ability to design and communicate integration architectures.
Experience in complex integration environments and distributed systems.
Advanced English level (B2-C1) for international environments.

Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Define and validate end-to-end architectures (frontend, middleware, and backend) in distributed environments.
Design and orchestrate batch processes, as well as integration patterns between systems.
Design and evolve integration solutions and APIs (REST & Async), ensuring their proper orchestration.
Manage system integration and control technical dependencies.
Perform troubleshooting and log analysis, using tools such as Datadog.
Ensure data quality and governance throughout processes.
Coordinate business and technology teams cross-functionally.
Lead teams and act as a technical/architectural reference in decision-making.
Perform project management duties (role close to Technical Lead / Team Producer).
