• Salary: 28,000 euros gross per year
• Competitive remuneration: €28,000 gross/year.
• Working day: 39 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30 h and Friday reduced working day from 08:30 to 15:30 h.

The commercial service of a major technology company in Madrid requires an HVAC Sales Management and Support Specialist (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) with English, office skills, an innovative character, change culture and management, an agile mindset, and a business vision.

We need you to participate actively in supporting the sales team by managing administrative, logistical, and operational tasks, ensuring the correct functioning of the entire sales process.

• Order processing: Comprehensive management and processing of orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Customer data management: Continuous maintenance and updating of information in the system (contact details, purchase history, and preferences).
• Documentation and reports: Preparation of sales reports, monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics, and generation of required documentation.
• Inventory management: Control of stock levels, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring product availability.
• Invoicing and collections: Issuing invoices, monitoring the collection process, and managing associated incidents.
• Technical support and CRM: Technical assistance to the sales team in the use of IT tools and CRM management.
• Internal and external coordination: Continuous link between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements applicable to commercial activity.

• Contract: Permanent seasonal
• Working day: Full-time 39h

• Work modality: First approx. 2 months (Onboarding): On-site at our Alcobendas offices (Parque Empresarial Omega, Avda. de la Transición Española, 32, Edificio C, 28108 Madrid). Subsequently: Hybrid model (2 days of teleworking and 3 days on-site).
