What do you need to match?

  • Technical training in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or technical engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or services within the HVAC sector, HVAC, or similar areas.
  • Ability to understand technical needs and transform them into commercial solutions.
  • Results-oriented attitude, communication skills, and proactivity.
  • Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas with availability to perform local visits.

We are looking for a Sales Technician to join our Madrid delegation, with the aim of supporting the sales delegate and continuing to develop business.

What you'll do

  • Prospecting and following up on new business opportunities in the central zone.
  • Technical advisory to engineering firms, installers, and end customers regarding HVAC equipment such as chillers, heat pumps, air conditioning units, fan coils, and dehumidifiers.
  • Preparation and follow-up of technical-commercial offers.
  • Coordination with the internal team (engineering, after-sales service, factory) to offer tailor-made solutions.
