Fleet Management Technician

- 12-month temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

We currently need to incorporate a Fleet Management Technician into our facilities located in Alcobendas, whose mission is to guarantee vehicle availability in the branches by optimizing the fleet and meeting set standards and objectives.

- Daily control of fleet availability, communicating and carrying out the relevant actions necessary to correct fleet excess or shortage

- Resolve inquiries, incidents, etc., via Help Desk and time measurement, seeking continuous improvement

- Manage high-volume fleet operations

- Coordinate and manage requests from the Logistics department expeditions

- Review, control, and improve status flows and keep ITs updated

- Coordinate actions with the team to maintain homogeneous availability across all categories and Branches (projection and broader vision of availability)

- Coordinate actions for the provision of vehicles to the teams in the branches

- Control the logistics budget allocated to Fleet and VO

- Coordinate with the Purchasing Dept. the projection of purchasing and registration needs (without client)

- Operational management of Telematics (Purchasing, stock, and invoicing)

- Support and collaborate with the Analysis area

- Search for vehicles to cover specific needs or requests outside of availability management

- Manage vehicle logistics destined for Trade, coordinating with Campaign Managers

- Perform maintenance of the internal use fleet (mileage and changes due to breakdowns)

- Advise and support the sales and branch teams regarding response times for fleet delivery deadlines
