Requirements

What we're looking for

✅ Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in data engineering or similar positions.

✅ Hands-on experience in DBT (Data Build Tool).

✅ Experience in data design and modeling.

✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS (at least one of the two platforms is required).

✅ Experience in the development and maintenance of data pipelines.

✅ Knowledge of data integration and transformation.

✅ Minimum education of Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) or equivalent degree.

Nice to have

Knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience in the optimization and validation of data models.
Familiarity with modern cloud data architectures.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical capacity, autonomy, and orientation towards data quality.

The role

At Krell we are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in DBT and knowledge of Azure or AWS to join a technological project.

We are looking for a profile with experience in the design, development, and maintenance of data models and pipelines, using DBT as the primary data transformation tool in cloud environments.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement robust data models using DBT.
Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines.
Integrate and transform information from different data sources.
Participate in the design and evolution of data architectures.
Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of the processed data.
Collaborate with Data Quality teams, Data Analysts, and other technical professionals.
Work with cloud services and solutions in Azure or AWS environments.
Participate in maintenance, improvement, and optimization tasks of data transformation processes.

🚀 Data Engineer | DBT & Azure / AWS | 100% Remote

📍 Location: Remote from Salamanca, Cáceres, Badajoz, León, Castellón, Alicante, Albacete, Murcia, Ciudad Real, Canarias and Andalucía (Granada, Jaén, Almería, Málaga, Sevilla, Huelva, Cádiz and Córdoba).

🏠 Modality: 100% remote work

💰 Salary: Up to €25,000 gross per year
