As a Labor Technician, you will be a key piece in our Human Resources department, assuming the following responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Payroll and Social Security Management:
• Preparation and calculation of payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. 💰
• Processing and management of registrations, cancellations, and changes of workers in the Social Security system. 📝
• Submission of Social Security filings (TC1, TC2, etc.) through the RED System. 💻
• Knowledge and application of the different contribution bases and contract types.
• Calculation and management of extraordinary payments, vacations, medical leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
• Hiring Processes:
• Complete management of the hiring cycle, from the offer to the signing of the contract. 🤝
• Preparation and processing of employment contracts through the Contrat@ platform.
• Advisory on the different hiring modalities and their legal and tax implications.
• Monitoring the validity of contracts and their possible renewal or transformation.
• Personnel Administration:
• Up-to-date maintenance of personnel databases, ensuring the confidentiality and veracity of the information. 📁
• Management of incidents related to employees' professional life (certificates, employment history, etc.).
• Fluid communication with employees to resolve doubts and inquiries related to their labor and contractual situation.
• Collaboration in the preparation of HR reports and statistics.
• Support in the management of employment regulation files (ERTEs) and dismissals, if necessary.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Staying updated on current labor legislation and its modifications, as well as Social Security regulations.
• Ensuring that all processes are carried out in strict compliance with the law.

• Location: Madrid, Calle Santa Engracia 151, Cuatro Caminos area.
• Contract: Permanent.
• Working day: Part-time, 30 h/week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
