Main responsibilities

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001 at the Burgos and Salas plants.
Design, plan, and execute internal audit programs, defining scope, criteria, and methodologies.
Conduct inspections of processes, facilities, equipment, documentation, and records to verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of prevention.
Identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, promoting and driving corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in the preparation and coordination of external audits and certification processes.
Prepare reports, indicators, and technical documentation related to preventive management.
Carry out the activities inherent to an in-house Prevention Service.
Collaborate with the various departments to foster a strong preventive culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Engineering.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
Specific training as an ISO 45001 Management Systems Auditor.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in functions related to Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation, maintenance, or auditing of Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001.
Knowledge of current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention.
Analytical, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Intermediate level of English is a plus.
