Prevention and ISO 45001 Management Systems Technician

Main responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 45001 standard at the Burgos and Salas plants.
• Design, plan, and execute internal audit programs, defining scope, criteria, and methodologies.
• Conduct inspections of processes, facilities, equipment, documentation, and records to verify compliance with legal and regulatory prevention requirements.
• Identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, promoting and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of external audits and certification processes.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and technical documentation related to prevention management.
• Carry out the activities of an in-house Prevention Service.
• Collaborate with the different departments to foster a solid preventive culture oriented towards continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Specific training as an ISO 45001 Management Systems Auditor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in functions related to Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation, maintenance, or auditing of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of current occupational risk prevention legislation.
• Analytical skills, organizational skills, and results orientation.
• Intermediate level of English is valued.

Principales responsabilidades

• Liderar la implantación, mantenimiento y mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud conforme a la norma ISO 45001 en las plantas de Burgos y Salas.
• Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar programas de auditoría interna, definiendo alcance, criterios y metodologías.
• Realizar inspecciones de procesos, instalaciones, equipos, documentación y registros para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y normativos en materia de prevención.
• Identificar desviaciones, no conformidades y oportunidades de mejora, promoviendo e impulsando acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Participar en la preparación y coordinación de auditorías externas y procesos de certificación.
• Elaborar informes, indicadores y documentación técnica relacionada con la gestión preventiva.
• Desarrollar las actividades propias de un Servicio de Prevención Propio.
• Colaborar con los distintos departamentos para fomentar una cultura preventiva sólida y orientada a la mejora continua.

Requisitos

• Titulación universitaria, preferiblemente en Ingeniería.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Formación específica como Auditor/a de Sistemas de Gestión ISO 45001.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones relacionadas con Seguridad y Salud Laboral, preferiblemente en entornos industriales.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en implantación, mantenimiento o auditoría de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud conforme a ISO 45001.
• Conocimiento de la legislación vigente en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Capacidad de análisis, organización y orientación a resultados.
• Nivel medio de inglés valorable.
