Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Academic training: University Degree (Grado or Licenciatura).

• Specialized training: Official Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (Senior Technician in OHS) with the 3 technical specialties: Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.

• Previous experience: Between 6 and 10 years of demonstrable experience, with priority given to a previous career in External Prevention Services (SPA) managing clients in the industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.

• Technical knowledge

  • Mastery of legal regulations in OHS, Labor Inspection criteria, and machinery adequacy regulations (RD 1215/1997).

  • Advanced handling of CAE management platforms and specific OHS software.

  • Practical experience in the implementation and maintenance of OHS management systems (ISO 45001).

• Key competencies

  • Ability to communicate at all levels (plant, health and safety committees, management).

  • Pragmatic approach, oriented toward problem-solving and operational agility.

  • Methodological rigor and independent judgment when making critical decisions regarding safety.

For our central facilities in Zaragoza, we are looking to hire a specialized Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, with an analytical mindset, management capacity, and a solid track record in the field.

By integrating into the In-house Prevention Service (SPP) of Pikolin Group, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and supervising the execution of safety, health, and ergonomics policies at the central plant and offices. We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in External Prevention Services (SPA) that brings an integral vision, agility in file management, and confidence when facing audits and real-world contingencies.

• Risk assessment and management: Perform and update occupational risk assessments (safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics/applied psychosociology) in production processes and central facilities.

• Investigation of accidents and incidents: Lead the analysis of causes using structured methodologies (Cause Tree, 5 Whys) and design and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

• Coordination of Business Activities (CAE): Supervise and validate the technical documentation of external companies, contractors, and suppliers operating in our facilities.

• Management of audits and inspections: Prepare and accompany the development of legal/management system audits, as well as handling Labor and Social Security Inspections.

• Training and information: Plan and deliver periodic training and induction actions for the workforce, adapted to the specific risks of each workstation.

• Medical coordination: Interact continuously with the Health Surveillance specialty to monitor fitness, job adaptations, and especially sensitive groups.

• Promotion of a prevention culture: Collaborate with the People Department in the implementation of internal campaigns and initiatives oriented toward integral well-being and occupational health.
