Junior Applied AI and Project Coordination Consultant

More than someone who says they are interested in AI, we are looking for someone who is already playing, testing, and learning with it.

We would love to meet you if:

• You regularly use generative AI tools and can tell us what you have tried, for what purpose, and what you have learned.
• You are a curious person and like to stay up to date with AI news.
• You know how to differentiate between a functionality that simply catches the eye and one that can truly provide value.
• You are well-organized and capable of managing several topics without losing sight of stakeholders, dates, agreements, and next steps.
• You communicate easily and can hold your own with both business and technical profiles.
• You have the capacity to understand when a need can be solved with an existing tool and when it will require technical support, an integration, or development.
• You can operate in English to consult documentation and follow news or manufacturer sessions.

We will value initial experience in consulting, innovation, operations, technological adoption, or project coordination, but we also want to meet people who have learned by doing.

If you have on your own created an assistant, set up a no-code automation, designed a workflow, prepared materials to teach AI to others, or compared different tools to discover which one works best, we want you to tell us about it.

AI-related certifications also add value, but for us, what you have been able to do with the tools is even more important.

In Lãberit's Artificial Intelligence business unit, we are looking to bring on someone with curiosity, initiative, and the desire to turn all the potential of AI into concrete projects and solutions.

And something important from the start: we are not looking for a programmer profile. 💡

We are looking for someone who is already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI solutions, even if it has been on their own initiative, and who is eager to discover how to take them one step further within a company and for our clients.

Because you will have the opportunity to enter the world of AI from a very practical approach: testing, analyzing, proposing, coordinating, and converting ideas into real use cases.

You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We look for curiosity, judgment, organization, and a great desire to learn by doing.

Your day-to-day will combine AI, consulting, and project coordination:

• 🔍 You will test new AI tools and functionalities to discover what they can truly contribute and what their limitations are.
• 🚀 You will participate in AI projects from the idea stage to implementation, helping to organize scope, stakeholders, deliverables, dates, and next steps.
• 🤝 You will collaborate with our commercial and technical teams to understand client needs and ground how AI can help them.
• 🧠 You will drive the internal adoption of new tools, preparing practical materials, training sessions, and supporting new users.
• ⚙️ You may work with assistants, automations, and no-code workflows, seeking ways to do things better and more efficiently.
• 📊 You will assist in monitoring alliances, manufacturers, suppliers, licenses, costs, and unit reporting.
• 🌐 You will coordinate with different areas of Lãberit to move forward projects involving multiple teams.
