The role

Omniloy develops artificial intelligence solutions for hospitals and healthcare groups. Our technology helps automate clinical and administrative processes through medical copilots and voice and AI agents.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate our expansion in Spain and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, hospital groups, and other healthcare sector players.

Your main objective will be to generate new qualified business opportunities for the sales team, identifying relevant hospitals and decision-makers, initiating conversations, and building a solid pipeline.

You will work very closely with the commercial team and the founders, learning how AI technology is sold to large healthcare organizations.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize hospitals, hospital groups, and strategic accounts in Spain.
  • Research each account and map the main decision makers and stakeholders: General Management, Medical Direction, Information Systems, Operations, Innovation, Admissions, etc.
  • Perform multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other channels.
  • Contact potential clients and generate initial meetings for the commercial team.
  • Understand the initial needs of the hospital and qualify opportunities before transferring them to the Account Executive.
  • Maintain constant follow-up on accounts and open opportunities.
  • Keep the CRM updated and ensure good pipeline discipline.
  • Help build and improve our sales playbook, commercial messages, and prospecting sequences.
  • Participate in congresses, events, and healthcare sector meetings.
  • Work alongside the commercial team to identify new use cases, segments, and growth opportunities.

How we will measure your success

During the first few months, your focus will be on building a solid base of accounts and generating a recurring pipeline.

Some of the main metrics will be:

  • New accounts contacted.
  • Conversations with decision makers.
  • Qualified meetings generated.
