Junior Project Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

At Cuatrecasas we are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager specialized in Artificial Intelligence to provide support in digital transformation initiatives in the legal field.

The role involves collaborating in the design, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions (generative and advanced) that bring value to the business, improving productivity, the quality of advisory services, and the operational efficiency of our teams.

You will work cross-functionally with lawyers, business areas, technology teams, and external partners, under the guidance of more senior profiles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will be:

Management of AI projects

• Support in the management of AI initiatives (identification of use cases, definition, execution, and monitoring).
• Coordination and monitoring of tasks with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Security, Innovation, Business, and Providers).

Identification of business opportunities

• Collaborate in the identification and analysis of AI use cases with an impact on legal practice.
• Provide support in translating the needs of lawyers into viable technological solutions.

Implementation of AI solutions

• Participate in the implementation of AI tools (e.g., generative assistants, copilots, intelligent automation).
• Provide support in the integration with corporate systems (DMS, CRM, ERP, knowledge management).

Governance and risks

• Know and apply the AI governance frameworks defined (transparency, control, auditability).
• Ensure the responsible use of AI following internal guidelines (traceability, confidentiality).

Stakeholder management

• Support communication with lawyers and internal departments.
• Collaborate in the management and monitoring of technology providers (Microsoft, legaltech startups, etc.).

Adoption and cultural change

• Support the adoption of AI solutions by the teams.
• Participate in training, communication, and dissemination initiatives for good practices.

Impact measurement

• Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs for usage, efficiency, and value generated.
• Preparation of monitoring reports and reporting under supervision.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or similar roles.
• Initial experience in demanding environments (consulting, legal sector, professional services or corporations).
• Valuable: experience or participation in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• University degree in engineering, business administration (ADE), or similar.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or hybrid).
• Familiarity with corporate technology environments.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI platforms, or legaltech (valuable).
• Interest or basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (especially generative AI and LLM models
