What you'll get
What you will find at Omniloy
A product that addresses real problems faced by healthcare professionals.
Direct contact with users and the ability to influence product evolution.
Autonomy and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
The opportunity to build how we do Customer Success and grow alongside the company.
What you will find at Omniloy
The role
At Omniloy, we develop artificial intelligence agents that help hospitals and clinics reduce administrative burden and dedicate more time to patients. From the clinical co-pilot SofIA to the voice and WhatsApp agents MarIA, we integrate AI into the systems and processes that professionals already use.
We are looking for a Madrid-based Customer Success Manager to accompany our clients, build relationships of trust with healthcare professionals, and turn their daily experience into product improvements.
Your mission
Ensure our clients incorporate Omniloy into their daily routine and obtain measurable results. You will be the link between doctors, hospital teams, and our Product team: you will listen, resolve barriers, and follow up on their needs from the first use through to the renewal and expansion of each account.
This is not a reactive support position. You will have daily contact with doctors and responsibility for adoption, client relationships, and the continuous improvement of their experience.
What you'll do
What you will do
Build a close, daily relationship with doctors: understand how they work, accompany them in the use of our solutions, and detect difficulties in their real practice.
Turn feedback into product improvements: gather concrete examples, distinguish between usage doubts and incidents or new needs, and convey clear, actionable information to Product and Engineering.
Close the loop with users: follow up on open issues, communicate progress, and coordinate tests to ensure that improvements resolve their needs.
Lead onboarding and adoption: coordinate the kickoff with technical teams, train users, and accompany the first weeks of use, both in person and remotely.
Manage your client portfolio: maintain relationships with medical management, operations, innovation, and systems, with clear objectives, stakeholders, and next steps.
Analyze usage and demonstrate value: detect drops in activity, identify internal champions, and drive actions to improve adoption. Present results using indicators agreed upon with each client.
Drive retention and growth: anticipate risks, prepare renewals, and identify opportunities to incorporate new users, centers, or solutions alongside Sales.
Build scalable processes: develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to improve the experience of every new client.
Requirements Notes
This can be a very junior profile; we do not need much experience. A recent graduate in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar would suit me, ideally in Madrid.
Personality and potential are the most important: we are looking for someone very extroverted, with initiative, good communication skills, and zero fear of public speaking. They must feel comfortable going to hospitals, working directly with doctors, and understanding their needs.
The role will be very close to Product and the clinical team: they will have to gather all feedback from healthcare professionals, translate it into clear needs for Product, and coordinate with the SINA team for integrations.
Cristina Sevilla has decided to become an entrepreneur starting in January, so we need to find someone who can progressively assume her role and ensure a good handover before her departure.
I would prioritize attitude, communication skills, knowledge of the healthcare environment, and a desire to learn far above years of experience.
