The role

At Laboral Kutxa, we are looking for two people to help drive the technological and operational development of our payments activity, leading initiatives for innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptation to the regulatory and technological changes of the sector.

This is a position with a transversal vision, in contact with business, technology, operations, and risk areas as well as external providers, participating in strategic projects that directly impact our payment products and services.

What you'll do

Analyze business needs and transform them into viable functional solutions, acting as a link between the business and technology areas.
Lead payment projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external providers to guarantee their correct execution.
Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for technological, operational, and user experience improvement.
Design, optimize, and supervise processes, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with quality standards.
Define and coordinate functional tests, validations, and certifications, accompanying implementations through to their production launch and subsequent monitoring.
Analyze regulatory changes and the evolution of the payments ecosystem, adapting products, services, and operations to new market requirements.
Attend industry forums and committees, maintaining active vigilance over trends, technologies, and improvement opportunities.
