The role

Your mission will be to define, implement, and oversee the data governance framework, ensuring the quality, integrity, availability, and proper use of information as a strategic asset, in compliance with the regulatory environment.

What you'll do

Define and implement the data governance model, establishing policies, standards, and roles (data owners, stewards) and aligning it with the business strategy.
Ensure data quality and traceability, defining KPIs, overseeing control processes (profiling, cleansing, monitoring), and leading continuous improvement initiatives, as well as metadata management, dictionaries, and data lineage.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Audit areas, and integrating regulatory requirements such as GDPR or BCBS 239.
Drive the data technology ecosystem, evaluating and implementing data governance tools and coordinating with IT and the Data Office for their integration into the data architecture.
