Large Corporate Manager

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related degrees. Related Master's degrees are valuable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate business management and knowledge of the business environment.
• Knowledge of financial products and services for companies.
• Solid foundation in economic-financial analysis.
• Knowledge of the risk model and specialized corporate management.
• Experience or knowledge in corporate finance and structured finance.
• Commercial capacity, results orientation, and negotiation and client relationship skills.

At Laboral Kutxa, we are looking to hire someone for our Commercial Network in Madrid to contribute to the sustainable and profitable growth of the Large Corporate segment.

The selected person will be responsible for managing and developing a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in corporate finance operations, establishing relationships of trust with companies and key agents within the business ecosystem.

• Manage and develop a Large Corporate client portfolio, driving their engagement, profitability, and growth.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the segment.
• Lead and participate in corporate finance operations, syndicated lending, and debt structuring.
• Maintain active dialogue with companies, financial institutions, investment funds, influencers, and other relevant market agents.
• Collaborate with strategic partners and business ecosystems to favor business generation.
• Coordinate with specialized areas of the Entity to design financial solutions adapted to the needs of each client.
• Contribute to adequate risk management, performing monitoring of operations and anticipating possible difficult situations.
• Support the formalization and monitoring of operations together with specialized teams and the commercial network.
