• A university degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial, Aeronautics...).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial institutions.
• Practical knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, and applicable regulations.
• Experience with GRC tools, alert management systems, and continuity platforms is a plus.
• A good level of Basque and English.

Your mission will be to drive the organization's preparedness and response to crisis situations, through the design of strategies, the coordination of plans, and the execution of tests and simulations that ensure operational continuity.

• Coordinate the development, review, and updating of the organization's recovery plans.
• Define procedures, protocols, and templates for crisis management.
• Manage the annual testing plan and coordinate with other areas all activities related to business continuity.
• Prepare and execute crisis simulations together with the Crisis Management Committee.
• Prepare and execute tests with critical suppliers.
• Collaborate with the IT team on the development of technology recovery plans, as well as on the preparation of tests that validate the theoretical requirements (RTO, RPO).
• Monitor the testing plan, the action plans defined, and the lessons learned.
• Advise the different internal areas on industry best practices and standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (DORA, ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, among others).
