• A university degree in Business or related Engineering fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in international payments, service management, integrations, or projects related to the international financial sector.
• Experience in managing complex projects, implementations, migrations, or launches of new services.
• Analytical skills to understand complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Autonomy, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset to lead initiatives from start to finish.

• Advanced level of Basque and English.

Your mission will be to drive the evolution and transformation of Laboral Kutxa's international payment services, promoting automation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement. You will participate in the definition and implementation of new solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to a more efficient, secure, and customer-oriented operation.

• Drive the integration of new international payment solutions, participating in implementation and evolution projects for platforms, schemes, and services within the global payments ecosystem.
• Define functional solutions, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and coordinating with technology teams to ensure robust and efficient developments.
• Analyze data and improve processes, identifying optimization opportunities by tracking indicators, transactions, and reporting tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting automation, digitalization, and process simplification to enhance the experience of both customers and teams.
• Resolve highly complex incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing solutions that ensure the stability and efficiency of operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with areas such as Technology, Treasury, Business, and other specialized teams, acting as a point of contact in strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, overseeing the proper application of regulations related to international payment services, anti-money laundering, and control and security measures.
• Contribute to the transformation of international services, building new capabilities and continuously improving how we manage global payments.
