What you'll do

Invoice accounting: manage the receipt, reading, and accounting of invoices against purchase orders, checking the included values and the formal requirements of the supplier's invoice.
Order management: review of orders created in SAP. Control of postings by general ledger account and period. Resolution of incidents with users.
General ledger management: account reconciliations and settlements. Non-accounting support.
Support in accounting closings: support tasks in monthly/annual accounting closings. Preparation of files and accounting entries.
Audit support: preparation of documentation for external/internal audit
