What we're looking for

Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level, preferably in industrial, food, maintenance, electrical, automation, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of automated processes and production control.

Management of SCADA and PLCs

Food handling certificate.

Availability to work in shifts.

The role

Leading food industry company seeks to hire a Process Operator for our production plant.

We are looking for responsible individuals committed to quality and food safety, with an interest in developing within a highly automated industrial environment.

What you'll do

- Management and supervision of the production process using SCADA and PLC systems.

- Control and monitoring of established manufacturing parameters.

- Compliance with procedures and control plans specific to the food industry.

- Execution and monitoring of the different stages of the yogurt manufacturing process.

- Detection and reporting of incidents during the manufacturing process.

- Performance of first-level preventive maintenance.

- Completion of production and quality records.

- Compliance with quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

- Collaboration with the different departments involved in the production process.
