Sales Representative

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales positions. Experience in the HORECA channel and/or in managing distributors and hospitality clients is valued.
• Passion for the hospitality, foodservice, food, or culinary world.
• Knowledge of the market and the hospitality sector in the region (highly valued).
• Interest in building a solid, long-term sales career.
• Strong customer focus and results orientation.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and work autonomously.
• Communication and influencing skills.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Driver's license.

The selected candidate will join as a Sales Representative for the Barcelona area, taking on the commercial management of clients and distributors in the region, with a support and development plan during their onboarding.

Develop the business in the assigned area through the management and growth of the client portfolio, driving the presence of our brands and solutions in the Foodservice channel.

Among your responsibilities will be

• Manage and develop the portfolio of distributors and clients in the area.
• Identify growth opportunities and new business acquisition.
• Drive the presence of our brands and categories.
• Implement commercial and promotional actions.
• Analyze results and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with the different company teams to provide the best customer service.
