We are looking for a Factory Human Resources Manager to lead the center's people strategy, acting as a key partner to Management and contributing to talent development, labor relations, and organizational excellence.

You will be the person responsible for ensuring effective Human Resources management at the center, driving labor relations, talent development, recruitment, and corporate people policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and applicable internal procedures, advising Management and the various areas on these matters.
  • Managing labor relations and communication with the Works Council, participating in and/or leading collective bargaining processes and contributing to a climate of dialogue and collaboration.
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating the annual training plan, identifying the development needs of the center and coordinating its execution with the corporate Human Resources area.
  • Leading the selection and onboarding processes for new professionals, from defining needs and profiles to coordinating interviews, hiring, and monitoring integration.
  • Driving and communicating Lactalis' Human Resources policies.
  • Accompanying and advising the managers of the various factory areas to ensure the correct functioning of departments at the human factor level.
  • Coordinating, supervising, and developing the HR team, establishing priorities, monitoring their activity, and favoring their professional growth.
  • Reporting periodically to the Factory Management on the activity and management of the area.
  • Preparing the annual Human Resources area budget and performing monthly monitoring of its execution, guaranteeing efficient use of resources and proposing necessary corrective measures in the event of possible deviations.
