You are the person we are looking for if:

You can sign an internship agreement with your educational center.
You are currently studying or have recently completed university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Advertising, Communication, or similar.
You have an advanced C1 level of English.
You are interested in developing your professional career in the field of Trade Marketing.
You use office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You are an organized, proactive person with attention to detail.
You enjoy working in a team and coordinating with different stakeholders.
You have analytical capacity and a desire to learn about business, marketing, and sales.

Nice to have

Previous internships or participation in projects related to Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

The role

LAKMÉ continues to grow and therefore, we are looking for a person interested in developing their career in the Trade Marketing area. You will have the opportunity to learn how brands are activated across different channels, collaborating on projects that connect physical points of sale, digital channels, and professional salons.

Your mission will be to provide support to the Marketing team in the preparation and execution of campaigns, launches, and commercial actions, contributing to maximizing sell-out and the customer experience.

What you'll do

Provide support in the preparation and implementation of Trade Marketing plans aligned with LAKMÉ's strategic priorities.
Participate in the development and adaptation of activation materials (POS, sales arguments, presentations, planograms, and 360º activations) to support the sales team.
Collaborate in the creation and coordination of commercial campaigns aimed at professional salons, distributors, and retailers.
Support the management of omnichannel projects, contributing to maintaining a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Perform basic analysis of sales, activations, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Purchasing) and external suppliers to guarantee timings, quality, and budgetary efficiency.
Participate in the search for new ideas, formats, and tools that help improve the customer experience and brand visibility.
Prepare planograms.
