About the role

General description
The Lear Valls production plant is starting a selection process for multiple job opportunities in Operations Team Leader positions.
You will monitor the productivity of the electronic module manufacturing lines, leading a team of up to around 30 operators and ensuring compliance with the plant's objectives in areas such as product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Operational responsibilities
- Under the final responsibility of the Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the following functions (and you will substitute for the Operations Supervisor in the event of absence):

- Responsible for leading and managing your work cell to achieve the productivity objectives of the lines under your charge.
- Ensure line scheduling is followed up on.
- Coordinate the personnel assigned to the lines, making initial adjustments based on different variables.
- Determine and agree on certain actions in consensus with the Team Leader of other cells when necessary.
- Monitor and report on possible absenteeism in your work cell.
- Together with the Operations Supervisor, propose improvements on the lines that may have a positive impact on productivity, quality, training, and safety results.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and code of conduct.
- Report daily on the operational incidents that occur on the lines under your responsibility.
- Carry out communication/information tasks with the personnel in your cell.
- Perform substitution tasks in an equivalent position when necessary.
- Comply with the audit plan and/or action plan established that affect your position.

Job requirements
Experience in leading work teams, preferably in manufacturing lines.

Communication and personnel management skills.
Knowledge of electronic module manufacturing processes (SMT lines) will be valued.
