We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Culinary team to work in the VIP and events area of the Bernabéu stadium in Madrid.

Whether during the preparation days before a match or another type of event, our Kitchen team plays a vital role in the success of our large-scale operations.

• Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team in their section, ensuring the correct execution of VIP and corporate menus.

• Guarantee compliance with hygiene protocols, food safety, and the quality standards of Legends and Real Madrid.

• Organize and control product stock in their section, ensuring traceability, correct storage, and absence of waste.

• Strictly comply with recipes and technical sheets, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in service.

• Participate in the continuous training of team members, fostering improvement and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head of VIP in the planning of events and matches.

• Maintain the station and equipment in perfect condition of cleanliness and operation, complying with Health and HACCP.

• Be a benchmark of discipline, organization, and professionalism within the kitchen.

To carry out this job position, a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume environments in production kitchens for catering companies or large restaurant groups is required.

• Solid verbal and written communication along with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all parties.

• Ability to work in dynamic work environments.

• Time management, working with tight deadlines to ensure priorities are met.

• Knowledgeable of food traceability.

• Knowledge of HACCP.
