What you'll do

The main responsibilities for the HR Intern at Legends would be the following:

Assist the team with all corporate HR-related inquiries.
Ensure the correct and effective use, as well as the updating and maintenance, of our management software (Factorial).
Ensure timely communication (in writing) of any changes to collaborators' working conditions; for example: promotions, job changes, departures, salary changes, new contracts...
Manage all enrollments, changes, and cancellations for employees regarding the corporate benefits offered by the company.
Keep track of and manage the time and attendance records for all employees.
Create job descriptions and other ad-hoc tasks related to the recruitment and hiring process for new profiles.
Assist in the selection processes for all corporate vacancies (filtering, screening candidates, and organizing in-person or online interviews...).
Participate in any other tasks or projects under the guidance of the Head of HR.
