That is why we count on you as Regional Facilities Administrative Assistant, for the development of activities related to the registration and training of installers, ensuring their knowledge and proper use of the available management applications, and guaranteeing the efficient management of the associated billing and payment processes, supervising and managing control panels to anticipate and prevent potential issues with clients.
What you'll do
Management of Installation Panels:
- Parameterization and Review of Measurements / Installations in the FS panels: Scheduled, Unscheduled, Unsigned, orders prior to today, measurements pending budget, budget pending management.
- Review of WO links between the measurement and the installation
- Claim WO not scheduled to the store.
- Review of installation overlaps.
- Review of Reservations entered D+2
- Claim for measurements pending budget by the installer.
- Alert to the LIR of those stores with auto-settled without management. Review of payment transactions for orders at €0.01 to modify, if necessary, the correct payment to the installer.
- Review in the RITE panel and claims to installers
Installer Network Management / Administrative Management: - Registration and deregistration of installers after review with the GR.
- Modifications of families and postal codes for the installer. Include in field service those families that the installer requests to expand in their company, subject to prior review with the Network Manager.
Document management for the installer:
- Contract Management
- Management of requests for pending documentation
- Management of Dokify and maintenance of updated documentation.
- Send automatic emails to defined installers.
- Manage questions and requests from installers regarding billing and payments to installers or meter readers. Execute manual payments in cases where issues related to payments to installers are detected.
- Review of refund procedures for the installer
- Address and resolve installer questions regarding rates, reservations, measurements, etc., through the procedure established by the National Installations Area.
- Management of single meter payments
