  • Intermediate or higher degree education.

  • 12 months of previous experience in administrative functions, preferably related to logistics or procurement.

  • B1 level of English.

  • Knowledge of Excel and SAP.

  • Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and ease of working in a team.

For this reason, our Information Technology department is looking for three new profiles to allow us to homogenize the workflows of different strategic areas in SAP, managing various projects.

🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a person with experience as an Administrator for the logistics department whose main mission will be to provide administrative support to the Procurement and Logistics area by managing and updating data, rates, assortments, deliveries, and logistics information to ensure the correct functioning of operations in France and Benelux.

• Data management in SAP and Excel: updating master data, rates, product catalogs, and assortments.

• Coordination with international suppliers and logistics operators, using English when necessary.

• Order and delivery tracking: recording discrepancies, managing incidents, and coordinating unloading.

• Import support: truck tracking, import costs, and invoicing.

• Logistics information management: units of measure, packaging data, and administrative documentation.

• Preparation of daily reports and indicators for operational monitoring.
