eCommerce Delivery Operations and Experience Internship

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Logistics, or a related field, and you have the possibility to sign an internship agreement.

• You are passionate about data and are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and you also have basic knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.

• Your attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths: you can spot that tiny needle in the haystack (or that wrong reference in the catalog) that others overlook.

• You have an intermediate-advanced level of English (B2) that allows you to understand technical documentation and communicate in a globalized environment.

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and detail-oriented person to join us as an Operations and eCommerce Delivery Experience Intern. Here, you won't be making photocopies or watching life pass you by: you'll be a key piece in optimizing the logistics and conversion strategy of our platform.

Your main mission will be to monitor, analyze, and optimize customer promise indicators, shipping routes, and catalog availability to maximize website conversion. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

• Smart Catalog and Route Management: You'll ensure active products have the correct shipping methods assigned and detect system anomalies to recover lost sales.

• Customer Promise and Delivery Quality: You will audit the payment process (check-out) and analyze critical KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full) and NPS to ensure a flawless user experience.

• Shipping Rate Strategy: You'll configure free shipping thresholds and detect logistical imbalances in transportation costs to optimize profitability.
