QHSE and Environmental Technician

Required training: Higher Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or University Degree (Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Labor Relations).

Mandatory Master's: Official Postgraduate / Master's in Occupational Safety and Health, which must indispensable include the 3 technical specialties (Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology).

Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of accumulated experience in the HSQE/OSH area, including at least 2-3 campaigns operating in distribution platforms, AS/RS warehouses, logistics HUBs, or continuous production plants.

Technical skills:

• Deep knowledge of Law 31/1995 on OSH and associated regulations.
• Implementation, auditing, and monitoring of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Fluent use of CAE software (CTAIMA, Nalanda, Metrateca, or similar) and analysis tools (Excel / Power BI).

Languages: English level B2 - C1.

Key competencies: Institutional firmness and assertive communication, practical field-oriented approach, agile problem solving, and control in critical situations.

Valuable: Qualification as an ISO Lead Auditor, Safety Advisor / ADR certification, or knowledge in BREEAM/LEED certification.

• Comprehensive OSH and QHSE management: Guaranteeing compliance with the regulatory framework in Occupational Safety and Health and the maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Analysis and investigation: Performing methodical accident analysis using methodologies such as the cause tree and the 5 Whys, managing the analytical control of metrics and KPI indicators (LTIF, TRIR, non-worked days).
• Coordination of Business Activities (CAE): Managing the CAE and interlocution with contractor companies, temporary employment agencies, and external providers through specialized platforms.
• Presence and field work: Performing operational risk diagnostics on the ground in high-traffic heavy machinery environments, ensuring assertive preventive compliance.
• Environmental and sustainability management: Supporting the deployment of environmental policies, Lean/5S methodologies, and monitoring of associated regulations.

• Work modality: Hybrid with 1 day of teleworking per week.
