Your mission will be to guarantee the safety, efficiency, and technical-legal regulatory compliance of the buildings:

Guarantee quality and audits: Execute annual audits and technical reports in stores, ensure compliance with the Integral Maintenance Plan, and coordinate the resulting action plans.
Support the teams: Train, coordinate, support, and advise the Maintenance Managers of each center.
Manage the investment process: Analyze improvement needs per store, draft technical projects and economic studies to include them in the annual investment plan.
Drive sustainability and innovation: Evaluate technical-economic energy efficiency solutions to incorporate them into the company's Sustainable Construction Project.
Execute projects and works: Direct approved improvement works in assigned stores and collaborate in the design and execution control of installations.
