What you'll do

You will be part of the professional customer service team, providing technical advice to installers and companies regarding equipment, materials, and components related to HVAC and heating.

Main functions

Technical attention and advice to customers at the point of sale.
Identification of the needs of installers and companies in the sector.
Sale of air conditioning equipment, heating, and associated components.
Resolution of technical doubts regarding materials and products.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Order management and support in counter sales tasks.
Customer loyalty and professional customer service.
