Call Center and Customer Service

• 💼 Experience of at least 1 year in telephone customer service; previous experience in a call center is highly valued.

• 📍 Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas.

• 📊 Good command of digital tools and Office suite.

• 🧠 Organizational, communication, and customer orientation skills.

• ⚡ Problem-solving, proactive profile with the ability to work in a coordinated manner with different departments.

• 🌍 Intermediate/high level of English.
