🔎 What are we looking for in you?

• 🎓 Technical/professional training or equivalent experience in industrial environments. Training in leadership or continuous improvement will be valued.

• 🏭 Previous experience of at least 3 years in manufacturing or production environments, having led people or teams.

• 🗣️ Minimum English level B1.

• 💬 Leadership, communication, and people development skills.

• ⚙️ Knowledge of production processes, planning, indicator monitoring, and safety and quality standards.

• 📈 Result orientation, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

👷♂️👷♀️ At Grupo Lumon, we are looking to hire a Production Supervisor to lead the team at our Antequera plant. You will be a key figure in daily production management, driving safety, quality, productivity, deadline compliance, and people development.

🎯 Your mission

• 👥 Lead and coordinate the production team during daily operations.

• ✅ Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.

• 📅 Plan shifts, resources, and task allocation.

• 📊 Supervise production indicators, identify deviations, and apply corrective actions.

• 🦺 Foster a culture of safety and compliance with procedures.

• 🌱 Drive the training, integration, and development of the team.

• 🛠️ Participate in incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
