We are looking for our Fiber Optic and GPON Network Technical Lead, a person passionate about technical precision to deploy the passive network and the OLT headend and who subsequently assumes its advanced maintenance and the evolution of the group's IT infrastructures with total stability. 

What you'll do

  • Guarantee passive optical quality: Laying, splicing, and core-alignment fusion of the backbone network (48-fiber cables, torpedoes, and 35 CTO boxes).
  • Headend and Data Center Assembly: Physical assembly of the 42U rack, OLT chassis, GPON cards, SFP modules, 1550 nm EDFA amplifiers, and 48 V rectifier.
  • Certification and As-Built: Technical measurement with OTDR and power meter, validating that the optical budget 100% complies with the engineering design.
  • Technical mentoring: Tutoring the Installation Technician in fusion and measurement to consolidate a redundant and efficient field team.
  • IT Operations (Phase 2): Advanced preventive/corrective maintenance of the passive network and specialized support for hotel IT infrastructures (CCTV, Data Center, Access Control).
