What you'll get
To guarantee a predictable and high-quality working environment, Mac Hotels offers the following structured conditions:
- Initial 2-year project in CLUB MAC (Alcúdia) + Itinerant Brigade: You will start in one of our most emblematic complexes and, after this phase, you will join the corporate technical brigade that provides coverage to the company's various hotels.
- Real year-round stability: Permanent contract directly with the company, full year. We don't stop in winter; we take advantage of the closure months to carry out planned improvement work, in-depth overhauls, and major preventive maintenance.
- Direct control of your installations: Although the initial phase will take place in Alcúdia and you will subsequently travel with the brigade between our hotels in Mallorca, the route is organized and the centers are always the same. This will allow you to know the machinery in detail, maintain real tracking of its condition, and control your installations firsthand, from start to finish, without any external contractor coming to modify your work.
- Stable schedules (Real work-life balance): Daytime shift from Monday to Friday.
- Direct technician-to-technician communication: You will report directly to the Corporate Maintenance Management. You will have total technical autonomy in your area and will work without intermediaries who do not understand your trade.
- Digital daily reports without paperwork: You will register your preventive and corrective tasks quickly and easily through our CMMS program.
The role
First-class Electrician - Technical Maintenance Division
At Mac Hotels, we are launching our new Specialized Electrical Technical Maintenance Division. The objective is very clear: to directly manage the chain's most critical installations with our own team.
For the launch of this division, you will begin by participating in a 2-year project at our CLUB MAC hotel complex, located in Alcúdia, where you will take on the setup and direct technical management of the complex. After completing this initial stage, you will become part of our itinerant brigade, responsible for traveling to and maintaining the different hotels in the chain across the island.
Here, we work with a structured preventive maintenance plan. We want to improve day-to-day operations and focus on performing high-quality technical work. We are looking to bring on First-class Skilled Tradespeople who provide technical rigor, know how to work autonomously, and respect safety regulations.
What we are looking for in you
To ensure a good fit with the division's quality standards, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable professional career of between 3 and 5 years working as a First-class Skilled Tradesperson in the electrical discipline.
- Mandatory accreditations: Approved training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) in electricity (minimum 20h in the Metal/Construction sector for electrical risk) and an Official Technical Qualification (CFGM/CFGS in Electrical Installations or equivalent Certificate of Professionalism).
- Location, Mobility and Itinerant Availability: Availability to work initially at CLUB MAC (Alcúdia), flexibility to subsequently integrate into the coverage brigade among the different hotels in the chain, and a valid B type driver's license.
- Methodological approach: Ability to diagnose faults by always seeking the root cause of the problem, neatness when recording data in the CMMS, and a strict commitment to occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations.
